- Fill up hand grinder with beans
- Set out Chemex filter
- Layout yoga mat, with yoga block and IPad mini for Peloton
Morning
- Get up at 6:16am
- Hand Grind coffee
- Make chemex, and pour into container and 1/2 cup into mug
- Do meditation for 5 or 10 minutes
- Do stretching 5 to 10 minutes
- Read 10 pages
- Write one blog and publish

- Plan the day, add 3 task for work, 3 for personal
