The night before

  • Fill up hand grinder with beans
  • Set out Chemex filter
  • Layout yoga mat, with yoga block and IPad mini for Peloton

Morning

  • Get up at 6:16am
  • Hand Grind coffee
  • Make chemex, and pour into container and 1/2 cup into mug
  • Do meditation for 5 or 10 minutes
  • Do stretching 5 to 10 minutes
  • Read 10 pages
  • Write one blog and publish

  • Plan the day, add 3 task for work, 3 for personal
