My love has given me a birthday present to bake 26 different cookie receipts with me. This one was baked in January.
“Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie”
What I loved about it
– The salt flakes are not as salty as kosher or salt grains
– We bought an oven thermometer to notice that we need to bake at 410 degrees to bake cookies at 375. This solves our long standing mystery about why our banana bread is often under cookied
What I learn why helping to bake
We can spin the hand blender to spin off the remaining dough, neat trick
What I think it could improve?
We thought having a dedicated 2 tbsp cookie scooper would help for the next set of coookies
