Yahoo has a superstar award every year. My manager won it this year… Here is why he deserves it.
1) always positive
2) never blames, never talk down
3) this year: bulit lots and lots of products Y! Tech, Sprint tool, 2005 Y! News redesign, part of many infrastruture product teams
4) embodies Y! Spirit: get it done, get it done right, get it done on time, responsive
