I once thought I no longer loved someone. I tried to prove this to myself by either trying to hate this person or trying to love someone else. Until I realized one day that I can still love and show love to this person without needing or wanting anything in return.
Giving love without reciprocation has brought peace and calmness to my otherwise frazzle mind.
